Premiered September 6-22, 2019 at Kettle Moraine Playhouse. Directed by Christopher Elst.

It’s 1953, when girdles are tight, and morals are tighter. Middle-aged housewife Ethel Evans meets a famous French artist who wants to paint her nude. Ethel is tempted by the offer, but is determined to keep it a secret from everyone in her small-minded, small town Waldenford, including her husband. Ooh la la. What could possibly go wrong?

Magic of the Goat Children

Based with permission on the book Night of the Goat Children by J. Patrick Lewis.
Premiered March 28-30, 2014 at UW-Washington County’s Theater on the Hill in West Bend, Wisconsin.
Directed by Deanna Gibeau.

This story of girl power, medieval-style, is based on the story Night of the Goat Children by J. Patrick Lewis, which is loosely based on a real event in the Thirty Years’ War. When invaders threaten the walled city of Beda, it takes the quick thinking of Princess Birgitta and the help of some plucky children to save the day.
